The guys showed up and said they would be done in an hour and seemed to be in a big rush. A quality supervisor arrived during installation and I expressed my concerns about some spots that were missed during the spraying of the reflective paint and the problem was corrected. The insulation that gets sprayed down the vent holes in the A/C closet and water heater closet makes a big mess and was left untended. The salesman (who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly) promised to come by after the installation to check the job out but I never heard from him. Despite these glitches I was pleased with my purchase overall and would recommend Home Depot and your sub-contractors for insulation installation. Thank you.

I had a valve leak a few hours before having to go out of town, and Eugene was able to find the parts for my water meter and fix it the same day, allowing me not to have to move my travel arrangements. I sincerely appreciate his going the extra mile (literally, since he had to drive about 40 miles to pick up the part) to resolve the problem quickly.

Considering we just wanted to buy, what I thought was a simple product, a matress....the sales pressure was a bit too much. Like I said I wanted a matress...but no, sales guy kept talking about a "sleep system". What does that even mean? The matress itself is fine, cost was competitive and delivery was on time. However the hard sales on such a simple item seemed unwarnted. JMHO, maybe others put far more emotion into thier "sleep systems"

Made an appointment, and they came on time. They looked at the pile of rubish and provided a quote. It seemed a little high, but since they were already there I told them to go ahead. (I have a feeling that is how they probably get a fair amount of work...people like me are just too lazy to look around). Anyways, they finished up quick and took everything away. Would probably use them again...
