Peter responded within a few hours of my request on a Friday. Based on my description of the problem, he said he would order a new part, but would only charge for the part if it was the actual cause of the problem. He gave a ball park price that included the part. He phoned on Saturday to say he could come by on the next business day to troubleshoot and repair as required. He arrived within the time window and repaired and tested the dishwasher. The part was required, and the final price was very close to his estimate. I've used Sears repair for years as my appliances were under 'warranty' and had nothing but headaches. This was my first repair outside of the warranties, but it was well worth the cost. I would definitely use them again!

Joseph was recommended by our local garden store. We had an apple tree in the back and a crab-apple tree in the front that were in bad need of some trimming. He stopped by to quote very quickly, and his price was very fair - we had large companies give us estimates 50% higher, just for the tree in the back. Joseph performed the work well within our timeline, and completely cleaned up all the removed branches. Both trees look great - we're excited to see how they bloom in the spring. We'll have Joseph back again in the future to make sure the trees maintain their wonderful shape.
