Our water heater broke, and we were out of hot water. The company itself was not able to get us a technician until the second day. However, we got a good technician. The technician, Kylle, only had a 50 gallon tank but since we had our tank was a 60 gallon tank, he went out of his way to get us the same size tank. He quickly replaced the tank and did a clean job at that, thank you so much

The first thing I should say is that they are great! Usually when a person makes appointments, the service man usually comes 2 or 3 hours after the appointed time but not with these workers. They came right on-time so I didn’t waste my time. They are also splendid at neatness. They put a plastic cover sheet over my counters and they covered my furniture and hardwood flooring. I couldn’t find any damages anywhere. The lights were beautiful overall. We are very happy with their job and we will give them more business. They also charge a very reasonable price. Excellent Job!
