Very pleased with the price Ravi offered me for a gas range and a 4 door std fridge. Attentive and knowledgeable, he got us a better price than what we had in mind. One appliance was open box, but looks practically new. I will be looking also for a dish washer and a hood, and my eyes will stay on this store until we'll make our decision on the brand/model. Random visits without talking with a salespersons will not really impress you. I don't know about the others, but Ravi did a great job. And a little secret: watch the sales on their websites if you know exactly what you want.

My wife and I were at the Home Show in March (2013), looking for some Patio Doors, where we saw Dima and Eugene from Visage. Dima shortly explained us what they have and how they do it without bragging about how good they are - they stuck with the facts, and we liked them; we actually wrote on their brochure "Favorite" so we'll distinguish them later at home from many others that we saw at the show that day. So after that we obtained three quotes from what we thought to be the most suitable "candidates", because of the price range and their pre-contract customer service (they came in 3 times, and last time they brought the installer for checking the actual on-site conditions), we decided to hire Visage for the job. We signed the contract (there were some changes we both agreed on after that), and after few weeks the installers came, spent some 7-8 hrs and the job was done well. I must say that I've warned them that I am picky and quite knowledgeable, and they didn't mind. I watched over they shoulders what (and especially how) they did everything, and with the exception of a couple of minor things they had to improvise (not all houses are the same), everything went the way I expected to go. Conclusion: I am happy. And the reader has to know that I initially wanted to do the job himself (I am quite knowledgeable, but I don't have all the tools, and I may be a bit slow - you can't afford to stay with a hole in the wall for a couple of days). I thought that the price they asked for installation is not worth my effort and headaches. For the record, they install Window City product (triple pane low E) - maybe not the best there are on the market (from what I researched), but definitely perfect for my budget. It's a product for regular people. Unless you want to spend $4500-5000 (to start with) for a simple 5 feet patio door, these guys are your people. (I am not a millionaire... and probably not become one soon). Please note that at the show, some other window&door people gave us a $2000 ball park estimate figure and then when someone visited us for a firm quote, it doubled up! So you would need a written quote, don’t just go with whoever promises you the cheapest price. Try Visage, and I firmly believe you’ll be happy as well.

I chose them based on the 3 previous very good reviews. If you don't know anything about the work you contract out, you'll be very pleased for a while: come-done-gone (fast and relatively cheap). Office person (Mario) is very polite and flexible. Workers... watch out. I did my homework before and here is what I was able to spot: during the removal of old insulation they heavily scratched the vapor barrier in the attic. The "specialist" (Gary) was sent in to fix the problem and his attitude was: "I know nothing. I'm here to blow in the insulation". While I tried to patch the vapor barrier damages myself, he did install some baffles, but the wrong size, in the wrong places (not where the vents were) and he hanged them in only one roof nail (see pic attached), instead of using a couple of staples (they looked like some socks hanged by the fireplace). At this point I realized that the job is compromised (considering this was a repair of attic ventilation problem) and I fired them. I had to pay more and had the blowing done properly by someone else (the typical scenario), after a couple of days of fixing vapor barrier with tuck tape.
