Eslam, the technician was very polite and professional. He checked the airflow at the exterior vents before starting and there was no airflow at all as the duct was blocked. He cleaned the duct thoroughly with a special brush and vacuum and rechecked the exterior vent airflow which was very strong this time. I am very happy with the work done and the professionalism shown. Would definitely recommend this company which specialises in dryer vent and duct cleaning. Thank you Eslam.

Furnace was not working. Baldwin troubleshot the problem thoroughly and diagnosed the problem to fix it. Found him to be a very experienced and honest technician who would not suggest unnecessary repairs. Highly recommend him.
