Our front door latch/lock needed repair (non emergency). Our call was forwarded to Anron who called immediately and set a time to visit. An emergency call came in and he called to let us know and came by a bit later. His contact with us so respectful of our time/schedule. When he came, he accessed our problem and repaired it for us very quickly. SO HAPPY with Anron and our repair, the 10 year old hardware works like it had just been installed new. It was a relief to have it repaired vs. replaced. Thanks Anron!

We LOVE New View. Always come when they say, always call and check in with us and ALWAYS do a great job. Our usual guy named Naixin makes using a ladder look easy - especially at our very tall house on a very steep hill. In the past we used another company that was just awful and we have never been more satisfied since switching. Brian the owner is local to our neighbourhood and that is important to us as a homeowner. His pride in his company and its reputation show.
