Last summer, it was a rough start: everything went wrong with cancelled appointments, equipment not working and scheduling conflicts. But there was such a clear sense of responsibility and the work was done expertly with extras thrown in in apology. I was really happy with the work done and with the kind and conscientious attitude. So satisfied that I just moved to a new constrcution condo with filthy windows and I called Audie back for a fresh job this summer. Great work, great compnay.

I am so grateful to these gentlemen. They scheduled me in for a very small job when no other installers were willing or would even return my messages. They fit me in around the end of another job they had. I had a badly stained carpet landing from my puppies. They advised me on the phone how best to rip out the piece until they could come and gave me a tip to sprinkle baby powder on the ground to remove any residual odour. When they came the showed up with really good quality underpad, cut my carpet remnant and attached so you could not see any joins and very carefully cleaned up and removed all my dirty carpet. They did a great job and were very pleasant. So happy to have found them.

A rare find:. Will call Mohammed back for any and all jobs. First contact was in the fall when I posted the job on Homestars. One person was ready to do the job and quoted more than double the price than Mohammed. But Mohammed advised to wait till late spring saying that I will ruin my fence if I power wash in the cold. I was so impressed with the honesty I made sure to call him in the spring to do the job. He did so much extra without being asked. He noticed things and just did them: no extra cost. Then he brought my attention to crumbling concrete on a support post for my fence. I was very grateful. He fixed that and patched other spots I pointed out. Mohammed is thorough, knowledgeable, and reliable. I highly recommend him!
