He was quick to book the job, and quick to get the job done. In addition he was very thorough and happy to share his knowledge so we could care for our appliances. Will be our go to for gas appliances going forward

Edit: I will keep my original review below to illustrate just how the project ended up going. Floors: 3/4 was left unfinished. The 1/4 that was completed had to be torn up because it was done incorrectly and was already coming apart. Drywall: walls were not flush so trim wasn’t able sit flush to the wall (some areas were up to 4 inches bow from the wall) Mudding: Left unhanded in parts or tape exposed Painting: 1/4 left unfinished, lots of noticeable drips that have dried to the wall. Did not clean areas before painting so cob webs are painted and dusty areas are now textured because they were just painted over Trim: not done at all Attendance: showed up late( hours) everyday that we had a scheduled start time. Worked approx 2-4 hours a day so the project took way longer than expected. Payment: Paid in full . . . . . To be completely honest, I almost didn't hire Rene. Why? Because it seemed too good to be true. Him and his wife are so kind, communicative, well priced, eager to make you happy and incredibly good at their job. It's hard to believe folks like this exist. Im so glad I hired them. They painted the exterior of our house. Rene was great at giving feedback and opinions of design and problem solving. I would 100% recommend this amazing team and will be hiring them again for further jobs. (Before and after pics)

Service was performed to satisfaction but we had a hard time with customer service. The day of walk though went well. Everything was clear and understood. The first day of work however we were told we hadn't set up things properly however we had done exactly what had been discussed ( they said we were taking the walls down to the studs but that was never discussed, or in our plans). When the work was done they had forgotten to hook up the dishwasher. They had no problem coming back, however made a point of saying it was my fault as I said it wasn't arriving until the following day. We have had the dishwasher for a year so that would never be the case. Upon receipt of the final invoice I reached out for clarification on prices within an hour of receiving the invoice and was met with hostility at wanting a breakdown. They then, instead of continuing communication with me, who is the point of contact and the person in charge on the account, they called my (male) partner to further explain to him. We paid the final invoice in less Thant 12 hours after it was sent to us. We were just looking for clarification and information. The hostility and talking down to us should never have been apart of this interaction.
