Service was performed to satisfaction but we had a hard time with customer service.
The day of walk though went well. Everything was clear and understood. The first day of work however we were told we hadn't set up things properly however we had done exactly what had been discussed ( they said we were taking the walls down to the studs but that was never discussed, or in our plans).
When the work was done they had forgotten to hook up the dishwasher. They had no problem coming back, however made a point of saying it was my fault as I said it wasn't arriving until the following day. We have had the dishwasher for a year so that would never be the case.
Upon receipt of the final invoice I reached out for clarification on prices within an hour of receiving the invoice and was met with hostility at wanting a breakdown. They then, instead of continuing communication with me, who is the point of contact and the person in charge on the account, they called my (male) partner to further explain to him. We paid the final invoice in less Thant 12 hours after it was sent to us. We were just looking for clarification and information. The hostility and talking down to us should never have been apart of this interaction.
