This was a 13 year old builder grade bathroom, that had been problematic since day 1. The fan always ran, yet it always seemed damp in this space. In the end the waterproof membrane for the shower base failed, the subfloor was compromised and moldy. We found The Home Improvement People (HIP) here on Homestars with all their excellent reviews. We worked with Phil, and Gerhard to get our dream bathroom and spa retreat drawn, and priced. We worked with some amazing retailers that clearly have a great relationship with HIP (that is always a good sign). Sil from Tubs, and Eden from Centura Tile were terrific. We then had the Bathroom crew come in to start demolition down to the studs. Replacing all the damaged subfloor .. and then starting building us our dream bathroom and spa retreat. It turned out better than we could possibly have imagined. The crew (Nadia, and John) were simply amazing. Wonderful to work with and consulted me throughout to ensure the final product met or exceeded our vision. The photos speak for themselves, and this was all completed in 3.5 weeks. (only missing the glass for steam shower which is being installed by another company very soon) I highly recommend The Home Improvement People, and will certain not hesitate to use them again.

Got hot and cold water run to garage with single anti-freeze, vacuum breaker hose bib (woodford v22) installed, and the other two outside hose bibs replaced with new 12" anti-freeze, vacuum breakers, and new ball valves with bleeders. Entire process was simple, from a free, no pressure quote (that was literally half of what another plumbing company quoted me). The work was booked, done on time and as described. Everything looks terrific, will be testing this evening with watering the lawn. Would highly recommend Matt The Plumbing Guy, and will be keeping their information handy for when I need my basement finished. It's great to find honest, fair, and knowledgeable trades you can trust.

Samsung dryer wasn't heating. Called and inquired as to rate, and when I could book. Was happy to hear he was in the area and could fit me between existing appointments later that afternoon. Tech showed up, and quickly diagnosed a broken heating coil, showed me the faulty item. Retrieved replacement kit (heating coil, thermostats, and heat shield) from his van and installed. Extended my exhaust hose as the builder installed one was very short. Was here 2 hours after I called, and done the repair within an hour after that. Can't ask for any better.
