I was looking at a floor model light fixture from In house in Burlington last year. Unfortunately, there were some missing crystals from the light fixture. The sale associate was so kind that she looked all over to locate the crystal but with no success. We had spent a long time in the store debating about the missing crystal. I was skeptical of whether to buy it or not, yet her sincere service really touched me. Eventually I bought it and the next day she called me saying she had ordered the missing crystal for me and would send to me soon. In less than a week, I received the crystal and my floor lamp is perfect with a fraction of the original price. Of course, I have received lot of the compliment of that modern light fixture which shines through my living room.
Last year I received a coupon of a free 4 L Benjamin Moore paint from attending the pottery barn decoration class. Unfortunately, most of the dealers were not willing to honour the coupon and some stores even gave me the attitudes because they said they would lose money on those paints. I have been the Benjamin Moore customer for the past 10 years. How come they don't honour the coupon that they give out? Of course, nobody would answer my questions. Until I walked into a very small paint store, Paint Colour Unlimited 6212 Yonge St., located in a historical building in Thornhill, The owner not only let me redeemed the paint but also didn't charge me for any taxes. He provided me with such an excellent service not I would go back to him again and again.
