We contacted this company on aug 9th and requested service on our condo for the 16th of August. We were told that someone would be there between the hours of 9am and 11am. We do not reside at this residence so we arranged our day around the appt. at 10 am I called to confirm the appt and was told I was wrong that they had told me they would be there by noon. I was told they would be there by 11am. We patiently waited and finally at 1150 am Dave showed up. Dave was a very nice man but it was quite disappointing when he came to replace an old gas line and failed to bring the materials with him. Dave however did fix the air conditioner. Which ended up costing the 129 plus 50 for putting refrigerant into the air conditioner. I'm not sure what the 129 was for. He did fix the fireplace which only cost 100. Dave requested that we be available on Tuesday at 5pm because he had training that day and wouldn't be available until then so I made arrangements with my tenant to leave work early on Tuesday to meet Dave. On Saturday aug 17 I called to make the appt for the Tuesday and was told yes no problem. I received a call on aug 19 from Kevin the manager who said Dave would have to be there at 330 on Tuesday. I explained this is not what he wanted and I'm not available then nor is my tenant. Kevin ensured me he would get it worked out for me. Tuesday at 330pm I received a call from Kevin telling me they were too busy to make the scheduled appt. of course I was very upset and asked Kevin if he was not going to show up for the appt which his employee scheduled. Kevin again assured me he would get someone out to my place. Well at 450 pm ten mins before my appt I get a call from Kevin telling me he can't have someone make it. I told him ok and he asked to reschedule. I told him no ill use someone else. I had forgotten that Dave had taken my red tag from enbridge which I require to prove I fixed the gas line. I had left it with Dave because he was supposed to return. I called Kevin back and left him a voicemail asking him to return my red tag as soon as possible. That was 5pm Tuesday. I never heard back from him. Based on all the reviews it's as if we had a different company dealing with us. They were not punctual not prepared for the job at hand and overall I was very unsatisfied with the customer service. This company is completely overrated and I'm extremely upset at how we were treated throughout all the issues we had with this company . I would never recommend this company. The cost for the fireplace and air conditioner was 350 I was quoted another 300 for the gas line to be fixed.

I discovered I had a mold issue in my condo on a Sunday. I made the call to Canada Restoration Services on the Monday in the morning. By 3pm SHARP I had Alex at my condo assessing the issue. There was many issues that arose and it ended up in 2 day job instead of the 1 day we had first intended. Alex, who is an inspector, cancelled all his appointments for the second day and came and did the work himself. I cannot speak highly enough about this company. They were always right on time, professional and went above and beyond to help me in this stressful situation. I have VERY HIGH standards when it comes to customer service and I was beyond impressed with Alex and his crew.
