Miro provides excellent service from start to finish. My request for a quote ( through Homestars) was answered in less than 24 hrs!!! This was very impressive to me. Miro was on time for the estimate and very professional. The work was completed a couple of days later and I couldn’t be happier. They even removed all the old gutters!! I called a few different window companies and Ecotech was very quick in returning my call and then arranging my estimate. The representative who came to my home was professional and patient with me as this is the first time I have purchased windows as a single woman. He took the time to fully explain my options and did not pressure me. Ectotech kept in touch with me after I had ordered the windows and gave me ample notice of my install date. The installers were considerate of my home and lined their workpath with drop sheets. Overall great experience and my windows are fantastic and just as I ordered. My experience with Ecotech was far superior to another company I used for my front door the year before. Great company, I will definately use them in the futre.
