I used Encore about 10 years ago for interior work and was very happy with their work. When it came time to paint my exterior windows and new deck, plus repaint a few areas in my house due to water damage, I knew I could trust Jonathan's team at Encore. Alex was my liaison, he did a very efficient quote and the work was done within my preferred timeframe for the exterior. The interior will be done in the near future. The three gentlemen who did the exterior work were excellent, careful to protect the stonework under my deck and my plants, and were a pleasure to deal with. The paint and some wood parts were falling off the bottom of the pillars at my front entrance due to weather, and they were able to scrape everything and applied a new product that made them look brand new, without the need for a carpenter to rebuild the base- saving me $1,000! Chris, the owner, and his staff were all very professional, experts and enjoyable to work with. The job was started and completed on time, was on budget and they kept me informed of their progress along the way. Chris checked in periodically to see how the project was going which impressed me and they cleaned up everything when the job was finished.
