Jesse Collins, their Project Manager, inspected and repaired my home's roof due to hail damage. He even told me that I could wait a few more years if I had wanted to. And that decision was all up to me. I liked how he took the time to show me the roof's pictures he took, that he explained what was wrong with the original shingles the homebuilder put on, etc. It was like going to Roof School! . I needed a price estimate on a leak fix from a pricey European faucet installed in my kitchen from the previous homeowner. The whole contraption was nailed far back that a novice wouldn't be able to get underneath the sink to fix. I was anticipating a hefty fix time and price. No such thing! In fact, Colin gave me a brief history on how the faucet worked and what typically happens in leak situations.
