He responded immediately, came to my home to assess the damage the same day, provided me as reasonable cost and timeline quote, shopped around multiple suppliers to match my siding colour as close as possible considering the siding is 10+ years old, and had the repair completed within 48 hours. The quoted price was very competitive. The shingle replacement process and product choices were explained clearly and all of our questions were answered in a timely fashion.
