I was looking for beam installation in my house and attempted to find the right contractor for this job. Unfortunately, the previous contractor could not do the proper job. Finally, I found them through Homestarts. Those guys are professionals, honest and hard workers. They did an excellent job for us. I and my family appreciate it. Thank you again for your work. If anyone needs some home structural work, a roof or an open concept inside the house, I will recommend them. They deserve more respect for being such professionals. Friends do not hesitate to hire them.
I called Reliance on Tuesday because Enbridge disconnected my gas to water tank . I didn't have hot water and this issue was urgent for us. First time Reliance representative came and we showed him problem. Without listening properly what happen to our water system he immediacy started pushing me to buy furnace, AC and water tank. I felt not much good about that , So, finally he left and I was thinking to deal with another company... After4 hours another person from Reliance came. He checked everything and then politely explained me in detail what happen and what are my options. His name is Gurmeet. He is very knowledgeable and he helped me to figure out how to resolve the problem occurred and gave me good advice. Thank You Gurmeet and when you left I decided to go with Reliance feeling confident that we will get reliable service.

We purchased the 375$ service through dealfind with discount on November 4, 2013. Until now, Jan 28, 2014 we can't get service we paid. At least 6 times company promised to show up but it never happen. Every time we call, they promise. So, think about that; You paid for your service 3 month ago and can't get a service. Not sure self respected and big companies will treat client like that. We have a feeling that all because of discounted deal. My colleague had also problems with this company. It is not all about money but looking at things from moral perspective..

Please be advised that through my investigations of your case, I see that we have suggested 4 separate appointment times (Jan 7th 2:00 PM, Jan 15th 8:00 AM, Jan 16th 1:00 PM and Jan 24th 8:00 AM) to which you were not able to accommodate. We even suggested a weekend slot and waived the $79 surcharge in order to accommodate your busy schedule. Unfortunately, based on the size of your job we have specific slots when we had a painter in your area able to accommodate. We schedule discounted deal jobs like this in order to keep the cost low, because we have a painter working multiple jobs in the same area. Our experience with FBR Company was excellent. We called him and made an appointment. They came on time and gave their estimation. Their price was much better than other companies’. The most important thing I liked on them is the quality of work. They are very professional and competent in dong their work. So, our foundation crack was fixed properly, weeping tile replaced with new one and plus 25 year guarantee. Not any problems in our basement which are dry and no water leakage.
