The windows are good quality. The installation was not so good. We changed all the windows, both floors, including bay windows and patio door. It is supposed to take 2-3 days to finish. 3 guys came and finished it in one day. We felt that they are rushing to finish the job. They painted the window trim, but stained the carpet. ThermoTech agreed to send a carpet cleaner to clean-up. We appreciate their service gesture, but certainly disappointed with the installers.

It has been more ten years now. The paint is still good, and look like new. It was done promptly and the price was right. We are very pleased with the product and the service.

It was a floor model. We bought an extended 5 yr. warranty. Towards the end of the warranty, the rack rusted a little. I called the technician, and he decided it was too costly to replace the rack. We were able to get a credit of $600 to get a brand new dishwasher. The warranty worked out well for us. The service at the Brick is also reasonable.
