I always have a great experience with the Francis Fuels technicians that they send. They are courteous, on time, and respectful of your property. But this time was EXCEPTIONAL. Mohammad or Moe was outstanding in in his knowledge and efficiency in addressing a leak from tubing related to my HVAC. He rerouted it and explained everything. Very personable and knows his stuff! I picked Verdun Windows and Doors over 3 others that I received estimates from. They were not the cheapest but they had the best reputation. And boy, they did not disappoint!! I had very old windows in a very old house to replace and from the sales team, office and phone support right to the installers at the finish line, they were all fantastic! Organized, knowledgeable and NO surprises. just the way you want it to go!! Bravo!!! I’d give them 12 stars if I could!
