This is my 2nd house where I used Improve Doors & Windows. They did a great job throughout the process of sales, installation and post service. The prices were very competitive and the install team were very courteous & professional. My house is much warmer and I'm saving on heating bills! I highly recommend!

We were in the market for kitchen appliances and purchased a Bosch dishwasher manufactured in Germany. Gladys was our sales rep and a pleasure to deal with. She was very informative and provided valuable advice for making our purchase. At the Markham location their product lines seem to focus on the typical appliances found in other stores. Prices were comparable or cheaper than the big box stores.

We found KWA Appliances by accident after visiting some of the other appliance retailers in the area. The store has a no-frills appearance but don't let that fool you; they have some very nice high end products. Paul and Marco are very friendly, knowledgeable and will take the time to explain the pros and cons of each product. We purchased a Liebherr fridge and Captial 30" Culinarian stove. Both were very reasonably priced when compared to the larger appliance retailers. Savings were in the thousands; this is not an exaggeration. Overall we are very happy with buying process, we never felt rushed or pressured to by any given product. We highly recommend shopping at this company!
