Having struggled for years to have a good looking lawn, I thought that I would let the "experts" do their thing. I was drawn to Hometurf by their apparent good reviews, and their offer of free over-seeding and aeration with the "complete" package for which I opted. They have made 2 visits, so far, and I was somewhat surprised by the scarcity of product which was spread on my lawn. Additionally, I called in May/April to find out when the aeration and over-seeding would take place. I was told that it would be the following week. It didn't happen. I've called twice more since then, and it still hasn't happened (2nd week of July!). I may end up rewriting this review at summer's end, but right now, I am very disappointed.

Competent, courteous, punctual, patient, competitive pricing, helpful … are there any qualities that you would want from a company that is going to provide a service? Thank you, Chris, for a job well done.
