I expected delays....at least a 3-6 week time frame....as is every trade at this time. I stopped in to browse.....I picked one I liked on a Thursday.....they came out to measure on Monday and installed on Wednesday! and I live 2 hours from their factory! I am literally blown away! Mirko was awesome and precise in measuring because it was a PERFECT FIT!
The installation crew showed up exactly when they said they would and advised me on a few decisions I had to make and I am just over the moon! It is a top notch job and WAY sooner than I could have imagined! they were recommended to me and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know! Thank you Bob and Richard and Mirko and the team! We had a fantastic experience with ordering our quartz countertop/backsplash through Toronto Granite. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was great - no pressure sales tactics, very easy to talk to. They sat down with us and gave us a quote on paper (on the spot). Even though we were looking to get other quotes, I knew we would end up back at Toronto Granite and we did. They fabricated quickly and installed within days. Everything was done perfectly, and if adjustments were required, they made them. We are so happy with the look of our kitchen, and I will (and already have) recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of service. They have an Instagram page too that showcases their work so you can see exactly what youre getting. They are a family run business and everyone we spoke with was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with.

Was panicked when we noticed our under mount kitchen sink dropped. Got a quick reply from Bob and next day they were at my house. Two hours later, the job is done and my sink is good as new! Professional and tidy service.

Bob's rapid turnaround allowed us to finish our kitchen a week earlier than expected. The install team took a lot of care and attention to detail with our beautifully finished quartz counter, island waterfall, and backsplash to make sure everything came together perfectly. When we noticed a small adjustment needed to be made to the cooktop cutout, Bob answered the phone immediately and an installer came the next morning to do it. They even finished the cutout piece for us so we can use it for a DIY project. It was stress-free working with this family-run business because everyone on their team treats your project as if it was their own house.

I chose Torontogranite.com based on the reviews on Homestars. I was not disappointed. After visiting the showroom/shop, I asked Bob to provide quotes on a number of stone and quartz slabs. Bob was quick in providing the quotes. Torontogranites pricing was in line with other favourably reviewed fabricators. When I finally found a granite slab at Ciot that I really liked, Bob worked with me to lay out the countertop sections on the slab to my liking. Once I decided on the slab, the templating, fabrication and installation was accomplished in about 10 days. The result was exceptional. Throughout the whole process, Bob and the rest of the team including the installers exhibited professionalism. I highly recommend this family business.

I chose Toronto Granite due to their reviews - even the negative ones seemed to shine with Bob trying everything in his power to make someone happy ( even giving refunds ).
I felt confident that if there's an issue - they will correct it.

I asked them to expedite the installation if possible and Bob did.
Installers did a great job and were friendly- left a tiny mess, but my house is a construction zone - so this is to be expected and isn't a big deal

One Caveat - Included is a picture beside my stove which has no edge, Bob explained this is normal and will be covered by my stove, for now I will take him at his word - he hasn't let me down yet - I will update my review if this doesn't work out but for now - 10/10 stars

If you are in the market for a granite counter top, use Toronto Granite

This is the second time we have used Toronto Granite. Bob and team are excellent to work with. Great quartz selection in our price range. We had 2 custom countertops made - one for bathroom and one for our bar in the basement. They worked with us on date selection and arrived on time for both installation and measurements. His brother Mark was very helpful in the showroom and provided a number of recommendations during the measurement appointment.
