We had a fairly large pavement ant infestation in our basement, in the wall beneath our patio door. I didn't realize the extent of the infestation until I got a closer look downstairs after the summer was already over (we had seen a few dozen upstairs in the spring/summer, but weren't sure how they got there).
Kevin offered a few different options for treatment and was very sensitive to the fact that my wife was pregnant and didn't overdo the chemicals and explained how long we would want to stay out of the house to be safe.
He offered a very competitive price and a longer warranty than the other companies I had looked into (which was nice since the warranty covered the period when I would likely see the ants coming back).
While he was doing the direct treatment for the ants, he also sprayed other crevices around the basement to help with spiders and other unwanted guests, which was also very nice and I've noticed a difference since then. Kevin also came back a week later when I told him I was still seeing a couple of ants in one small area. Though they may have died eventually from the treatment, he came out and re-treated the area with no issues whatsoever, which was very pleasent.
I had also worked with Kevin previously to deal with an issue with mice in our attic, and both times he was friendly, courteous, punctual, and a pleasure to deal with.
I highly recommend Kevin for any issues you may have with pests in and around your home.
