She is the consummate professional and did an EXCELLENT job. I shared with her my surprise in seeing a female exterminator, which we shared a laugh over. She re-baited the traps, including in our attic (the entrance of which is located in an obscure place) and gave me a number of helpful suggestions. Most important, there has been no return of the unwelcome visitors since she came. Highly recommend the services of this company.
