Both my wife and I agree that they were the absolute best contractors we’ve ever used. Robbie and Andrew completely redid our master bathroom, replaced our kitchen backsplash and painted the majority of our house. Right from the quote, Robbie had a great vision and presented us with options for our master bathroom. They were on time every day, professional, polite, and efficient. Robbie is extremely thorough and doesn’t miss a step. He used quality materials throughout the reno and it really shows in the finished product. We’re extremely happy with the finished product and working with him and Andrew. They finished the job on time and on budget! They both had great personalities and attitudes which made the entire job seamless. We will definitely go back to him for future renovation needs.

Robbie was excellent! Worked with him to gut and remodel the layout of our bathroom. He was able to coordinate with some of the other contracts we had working to install a skylight.

best part was he was also flexible in our schedules. Our vanity was backordered but he carried out the remodel and came back months later to install the vanity when it arrived.

We liked Robbie the moment we met him. He did the job(s) he said he would do, had great suggestions, stayed within budget and completed the jobs in the time frames specified at the onset. Robbie always answered my calls, texts and communicated with me throughout the projects. When we had concerns, he addressed them in a prompt efficient manner. Thanks for your help Robbie, we love our bathrooms!

We really like the end product produced by Robbie and his team. He was responsive to calls and suggestions. The work was completed in the time frame suggested and there was no hidden costs.

Robbie and his apprentice Chris did a wonderful job gutting our mess of a bathroom and rebuilding a beautiful and functional one in its place . The price was good, they were pleasant to work with, they finished on time and Robbie even came in a week later to fix a minor issue with the sink and install some accessories we had failed to purchase beforehand. We love our new bathroom and would definitely recommend Robbie to others. The only thing I want to point out is that if you are picky/specific with details you should be sure to work them all out with him beforehand as we found there were some decisions being made that we didn't love and would have done differently if they were discussed beforehand. But this shouldn't be an issue if you know what you want and are clear about it or at least ask him to check with you first.

We are very pleased with the work and renovation that Robbie did on a very 70-80's style bathroom that we inherited when we bought our house. His quote was reasonable and most importantly his work and suggestions were very good. Always on time, clean, quote was exactly what we paid and we will use Robbie again !

I found Robbie off of homestars and after meeting him I felt confident in allowing him to fully renovate our master bathroom. He was full of great suggestions and ideas, his cost was competitive and he did a wonderful job.
We were wary of timeframes, having been burnt in the past from renovator's promises but Robbie was prompt, efficient and true to his word. He finished exactly when promised, and followed up with any final issues we had. He has kept in touch over the year to make sure we were satisfied (and we are!).
Honest, professional, hard working and reliable - you can't ask for anything more.

Robbieand his crew tore out our old (horrible!) bathroom. It was a complete remodel, and the new bathroom looks fantastic.
The job was a large one, taking two weeks to complete. Robbie and the three guys he assigned to the job were organized, focused, punctual, and neat. They worked hard every day, and they were very careful to tidy up before they left. In addition, they kept us informed of everything they were doing and always asked if we had questions. We felt very well taken care of, and we are extremely pleased with the result. We'd recommend RAAKSS to anybody.
