I had Home Comfort Advisor Murray Stark to my house to give me a proposal for a new furnace and air conditioning unit. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and services offered by Reliance. I was very happy with the proposal, and was given all the tools necessary to make a decision. If and when I decide to go ahead with this project, I will give the job to Murray because he was precise and I liked the fact that he left no stone unturned in making sure I knew everything about the costs involved. My experience with Matthew was extremely plosives and beneficial. He went totally out of his way to make sure I was pleased with the service, and had a gre at attitude even though it was at the end of his shift. Great guy, great service, great company! I found a leak in the water tank this morning and immediately called Reliance. They had a team out by the afternoon and the tank was replaced quickly and efficiently. Thank you, Nathan Wallace.

mr tommy was very effeciant and he showed us different kinds of furnaces and helped us to make the decision according to our budget and need within 24 hrs installers came and now we have new furnace mr tommy and installers were very profesional

When he provides me quotes for the price of the furnace, he is right to the point and understands my need and budget.
