I found Daniel and Chris to be very knowledgeable, courteous and polite. After hauling out our old furnace they went straight to work installing the new one. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Jonathan Cain was at my home today to install a new water tank for us. He did an excellent job, he was very efficient and neat with his work. Jonathan was very friendly and polite, while showing my how to use my new tank. Jonathan was professional, I would defiantly recommend this company to a friend or family member.

we had a hotwater tank replaced with a new HE one and the installer was able to answer my questions and also asked me if where I wanted the exhaust vent

My Hot Water stopped so I called Reliance. They sent me a technician the next morning which wasnt too bad of a wait. Gurmeet Singh was my technician and he was excellent. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend him along with Reliance.

I was so pleased with the service that I received when my hot water heater started leaking. There was no waiting on the phone to finally speak with someone. That person was friendly and promised to have someone here the next day. Steve W. (ID # 1433) showed up promptly and immediately put his booties on which I really appreciated as we had just received new carpet. He quickly sized up the situation and within an hour had the old one out and a brand new one in. He explained what he was going to do before hand and proceeded to do just that. He was so professional, no dilly dallying or idle chit chat, he just did his job and did it well. My floors were protected, he was careful to not scratch walls and cleaned up after himself. After he was finished he answered all my questions about the new heater. I just cannot say enough good about Steve; he exemplifies what I envision is the perfect service man and I give him a resounding 10! Definitely a keeper for your company!

Technician Jason Mituk attended my residence in response to having brown water today. He was courteous and very helpful in not only flushing the tank, but replacing parts in need of repair which were not mandatory to do. He also provided helpful advise in regards to an issue my gas bbq line presented. He advised of additional coverage offered by Reliance which I will defeinitely be looking into. Great service!

My fiancé and I recently had a new furnace and central air system installed in our home. To set things straight, as the work was happening, we were also dealing with a leaking basement, unsafe electrical, etc. in the home we just purchased. To Daniel and Chris our installers , Thank-you for your patience, your good humour, your advice and your fantastic work! These guys were on time, professional, honest, efficient and even cleaned up everything! They went above and beyond to open up the walls and take down anything in the way so the plumber could fix my leaking main stack and did all the work so I wouldn't have to stress about it. They came back the next day to give time to the plumber to fix things so we wouldn't have to deal with leaking pipes in that room afterwards. They were friendly, approachable and a pleasure to be around.
To Brian, the Operations Supervisor: Thank-you! Brian assessed the damage to our leaking basement, listened to me as I rambelled on about all our home issues, and even called in an electrician who made sure our home was safe at his own cost; Brian made sure the job was done right, was done safely and allowed me to feel comfort and confident that things would get better. He made sure we had another source of heat for the night we didn't have a furnace by providing us with many space heaters. He made sure to run everything by me, made sure I understood what was going on in my home and provided me with all the information I needed to make the best decisions for me and my family. I still can't believe how wonderful these guys are!
This amazing team of professionals has helped us restore our faith in good people.
