I was so pleased with the service that I received when my hot water heater started leaking. There was no waiting on the phone to finally speak with someone. That person was friendly and promised to have someone here the next day. Steve W. (ID # 1433) showed up promptly and immediately put his booties on which I really appreciated as we had just received new carpet. He quickly sized up the situation and within an hour had the old one out and a brand new one in. He explained what he was going to do before hand and proceeded to do just that. He was so professional, no dilly dallying or idle chit chat, he just did his job and did it well. My floors were protected, he was careful to not scratch walls and cleaned up after himself. After he was finished he answered all my questions about the new heater. I just cannot say enough good about Steve; he exemplifies what I envision is the perfect service man and I give him a resounding 10! Definitely a keeper for your company!
