Reliance Home Comfort

My water boiler broke about a week ago. After contacting Reliance, they promptly sent over a technician who determined that a specific part needs to be replaced. Since they did not have this part on hand, it had to be ordered and shipped. After 5 days of losing/tracking the package, and no hot water in the meantime, Reliance decided to replace my boiler altogether.

Stan Skorka came in to replace the boiler. It took about an hour to remove the old boiler and setup the new one. He was very productive at work, as well as very courteous and respective in my home. I'm extremely satisfied with and appreciative of his service.

Overall, although I did have to go a few days without hot water, Reliance Home Comfort did their best to accommodate my problems, replaced my boiler free of charge, as well as compensated me for the inconvenience that I had to endure.

Salesperson (JR) was very aggressive, insisted I complete customer card, I said I would after the work was done, he said "I'm asking you to do it now. jerk. workers had trouble cause sales guys numbers were sloppy and rushed. good crew, poor sales

I want to write a review about agent Darius Chichgur who was helping in getting ac installation at my brand new home. He was very helpful and showed me the oppertunity to have this privilage which i found out is a peace of mind for me. He is very calm and explained me all the details. I only have 2 meetings with him and was convinced to get this deal done. I liked his way of not to be a pushy like other salesmen just to sell there product at any cost. I wish him all the best. Good deal for me.

A request for a service call was made about 2:00 pm and the Advisor, Mohammed, arrive within 2 1/2 hours. The Advisor, Mohammed, was knowledgeable, pleasant and completed the repair in short order - a job well done

I had Barry come out and install our new furnace and ac. They were very considerate and polite. Very punctual! I would definitely recommend them to my friends. Appreciate all their hard work.

John Saliba came to install a mass damper kit for our Carrier A/C unit. Even after the installation, John was able to use his years of experience to troubleshoot the A/C's vibration to virtually no vibration. John was a pleasure to deal with throughout this whole process.

Thanks Wes, you were very helpful and even showed us how to adjust the temperatures of the hot water tank and also to get our furnace replaced.

Matthew Santos provided excellent customer service with follow up. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions and understood my concerns, issues, and priorities. He was accessible and responded to my calls in a timely manner.

Our water heater was leaking and we called reliance right away. Reliance was very punctual, and the technician Wes. C was awesome. They replaced the tank as well as some piping and did so in a timely manner. He was very pleasant, and cleaned up water that leaked from the tank.
