Chad McDaid was on time, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He called when he was 15 minutes away, and arrived within the time frame given. We are very pleased with our service experience and we now have hot water! :)

Reliance has been to most reliable heating company we have ever dealt with - when our old furnace couldn't heat the house in February they came within a day and now when we had problems with our old air conditioner they serviced it without charge to perfection. Very polite and helpful staff!!! Thank you Derrick Phung!!!

Daryl (#2109) attended service call for hot water tank that was leaking. He quickly identified and fixed the problem - a corroded pressure release valve. I asked him to check the sacrificial anode while there and he did so finding it was almost totally corroded. He replaced it thus preventing a major tank leak and another service call to replace the tank. Great service and a pleasant attitude. Thanks.

Upon my first meeting with Todd Downey, I felt comfortable with his experience and knowledge of the purchase of my new a/c unit.
Several days later with constant communication from the Reliance staff in Brantford, our unit arrived.
The field reps Josh, Alex and Jordarne did a splendid job with the installation. Courteous, friendly and answered all questions in a very professional manner. Will refer Reliance to all my family and associates. Thanks again Reliance team.

Paul Chattarpaul was excellent - repair was prompt and explained fully. After some issues with scheduling his attention to positive customer service was very much appreciated!!! Additionally Paul provided follow up instructions.

I would recommend Reliance to anyone looking for a furnace or air conditioner. I will be honest and say that we did have a hiccup on installation day, however Reliance was fast to act and secured our trust with their company. We dealt with Jayson Newton, who was very knowledgeable and not pushy when it came to advising us of our choices. Overall the installation team from Reliance was superb and we couldn't be happier.
