Upon my first meeting with Todd Downey, I felt comfortable with his experience and knowledge of the purchase of my new a/c unit. Several days later with constant communication from the Reliance staff in Brantford, our unit arrived. The field reps Josh, Alex and Jordarne did a splendid job with the installation.
