Paul did a great job thanks ,called before hand, did a neat and clean job , on time, and polite. Tank is a rental so everything was done for free.

I met with Dan Shepley about replacing our heating and cooling unit. He was well informed and did a great job helping us through the process. Dan and Luke did a wonderful job on the installation. Everything from beginning to end was very professional and extremely satisfying.

Wow!! Excellent service. Our old water heater started to leak last evening around 8:30 p.m. My husband contacted Reliance at 8:00 a.m. the following day. They said we would have someone out between 1 and 5 the same day. The service man was here promptly at 1:00 and had the new rental water heater installed in just a little over one hour. I am impressed. The serviceman was also very friendly and very professional. I would recommend Reliance to anyone with a similar situation and, I would definately use them again.

I had my water heater broken so there was no hot water in my house, Gurmeet, a gentlemen of yours came on time and has fixed the issue. Very nice and respectful guy, you should haves more like him. comfortabe to talk to and explains things well. Thank you for the support and especially to Gurmeet.

Service from the local Rescom group, was on time and they explained everything. As a result can trust everything is being looked after and adjusted for proper operation. In my case parts need to ordered. A couple of days lead time was given with confirmation of a phone call once they have the items and return to install them.

Otto was very helpful - quick to find out what was the problem and corrected it within 10 minutes. He was friendly and took time to explain the problem to me and about what he did.

We had to replace our furnace and air conditioner even though they were only 7 years old. They were too small for the size of our house and were not efficient. Trevor our sales rep was very informative, professional, knowledgeable, patient and truthful. Trevor even came to our house twice to answer any additional questions that we had!

The duo installation crew "The Dynamic Climate" were amazing. They were professional, reliable, and respectful of my property by placing cloth runners on my staircase and cleaning up after themselves once the job was complete. Once the job was complete they spent the time to explain and review the new equipment that they installed. The whole team was amazing!!!!
We love how quiet and how effective or forceful the air is in the house especially on the second floor with the new units!. Thank you!
