My furnace broke down last night and called for service and supposedly technician available for Saturday but they sent me a friendly technician named Julian next morning. Julian gave me a lot of advised about the furnace for maintenance. He was very polite and knows his job very well. I would recommend him to others and next time for service I rather have him again as he was more knowledgeable of the system.
