Reliance Home Comfort

We had an extremely positive experience with Reliance. It began with our advisor, Michael, who completed an initial in-home consultation about a new furnace and a new humidifier in our basement. The package that he designed for us met our needs and our home size. He did not upsell us on a higher model and was very thorough in explaining all of the details since we are first time home owners. His experience as an installer really helped put us at ease. He was able to schedule an installation shortly after. The installers, led by Sepehr, were on time and worked well together to install both the furnace and the humidifier. He also installed the Google Nest and taught us how to operate them. He even helped us to cap the gas line that leads to the BBQ in the backyard. After the installation, we had a few questions and Michael came back to our home, examined the work done and discussed the rationale of the work completed and how they were accordance to codes. We felt a peace of mind and we appreciate the work by Michael, Sepehr and his partner. Thank you!!
