NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

This company is a joke. The first time we switched on our BRAND NEW AC unit this summer, it didn't work. Turns out it was an incomplete install and the technician didn't open the factory seal on the valves to let the coolant through. So basically the compressor fried as soon as we (unknowingly) let it run dry for several nights in a desperate attempt to cool the house. Since then it has taken about 10 calls, 6 technicians and complete failure of any communication between all of these parties involved over the course of the past few weeks—AND IT STILL ISN’T FIXED. Each technician that showed up had no info on what we had talked to the helpdesk about or what the guy before him had done, so each came in to do their own set of tests and opinions. One day we had 2 technicians come in a row, the second one re-doing all the same tests (pressure test, etc.).
Finally technician #5 ordered us a new compressor, fully covered by our warranty. He followed up the next day saying it's out of stock. Literally 20 minutes later, a compressor was delivered. Ridiculous!! After yet another call to the helpline, Technician #6 comes by the next day and turns out the earlier guy didn't order the filter that's supposed to go with it. Currently waiting for this filter to be delivered ( it's 1 day late and the helpline has no idea about this order, and no way to re-order it for us) and so had to cancel the Technician #7 who was due to come in today to replace the compressor and filter.
Filter finally came and Technician #8 showed up tonight (half hour after the window of time they gave us. Another day off work wasted, thanks!) And he comes to deliver a furnace filter (WHAT?!?!? But thanks for the cheap free furnace filter we didn't need) ...he says he knows nothing about replacing the compressor and that he will be back tomorrow to take a look and see what needs to be done! HOW is this company still functional? This is the 21st century, how is there zero communication between all employees/technicians/customer service!
3 weeks of little to no functioning AC, through 2 of the biggest heatwaves we've seen in a while. I'm sick of talking to different people each day and explaining the same thing over and over again.
There are no words to explain how ridiculous, unprofessional and terribly disorganized this company is!
