Heating & Air Conditioning review in

Once again, despite paying for a double home-comfort plan for over 3 years (2 systems) - Reliance did not show up for a scheduled and confirmed appointment. I had scheduled a follow-up AC repair because the tech did not fix the problem the first time week ago.
So we have been without air conditioning for 2 weeks and Reliance customer service cannot even get in contact with anyone to determine why they did not show up and what they can do about it.
Time to cancel my business with Reliance and find someone else who is....reliable.
