In January 2016, my furnace stopped working. After much consultation with Feddie Osman (an amazing sales rep), we decided to replace both the furnace and the central air unit, given the AC unit was very old and likely to stop working in the near-term anyway.
The furnace install went very smoothly. The installers were professional and courteous, answered each of my questions, cleaned-up after completion, and went over the functions of the new thermostat in great detail.
On May 4, 2016, Tyler and Hys came over to install the air conditioning unit. I cannot say enough about how awesome these two guys were. They arrived on time, explained how everything was going to work, and got started right away. They were both super-friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The job was completed quickly and they went out of their way to install an extra cold air return in the basement, even though it wasn't on the original work order. They replaced my outdoor temperature sensor and ensured it was functioning properly. In short, these guys were just amazing!
