Several technicians tried to resolve the issue with my furnace and all of them were very professional and service oriented. However, I must say that Gabriel Fazzolari went the extra mile to asses the issue with the furnace and then went out the same day to get the part and then return to fix the furnace. So far the furnace is working very well. Thanks Gabriel for your help and the tips and hints to ensure the air is flowing well within our home.
