Heating & Air Conditioning review in

Pilot light would not stay lit.
Technician came twice to repair and after the third time the technician said to call and I will come myself tomorrow and replace the [Giant] Water Heater with a [Rheem] Water Heater.
The technician arrived early replaced the Water Heater.
He did a good job and replaced the heater in 3/4 hr. We had hot water 1 hr. later. The technician was very good,clean,polite and cleaned up after himself. A excellent job well done. Very satisfied.
