Mathew F. from reliance home comfort fixed my water heater that was giving me issues. He and his supervisor (Mat S.) took extra time to ensure I get the part that was required to be replaced as soon as possible. Mathew showed up half an hour earlier than scheduled appointment next day and ensured my heater was fixed before he left. He spend time and effort to explain me every thing I need to now how to protect my heating appliances. He was kind, friendly, and very effective.
