Firstly had a technician Kyle who was here for annual maintenance check. Great customer service & provided honest assessment of my existing old units & recommended I talk with Dean Timpany. Contacted Dean & arranged for a complete assessment of options. Both were very professional. Dean was very punctual, thorough & provided options & a recommendation. Once a decision was made he followed up both by email & then a personal call to check in on installation day. He was also very prompt to answer a question I had emailed the night b4 installation. Overall very pleased with the customer service. Installation techs appear very knowledgeable & are doing a great job ensuring the area stays clean with no damage. Thanks to all
