Chloe , the Customer Service rep from Reliance was very informative, professional and efficient. She explained all the procedures and ongoing costs to me for a new rental. An appointment was set up and their technician, Sam, completed the installment. He was pleasant, professional, efficient and completed the work quickly. He took steps to keep my hall, stairs and the surrounding work area clean. I would definitely recommend Reliance ahead of other suppliers I have rented hot water tanks from in the past.
