Our Rental Water-Heater broke down on Canada Day and I called the Customer Care line late-evening to request a technician to be sent to fix the problem. Saleem Malik called & showed up at our doorstep @ 9 am the next morning. He quickly diagonized the problem, got my consent to proceed and fixed the issue efficiently. He also provided some useful maintenance-tips.
Saleem was very professional and courteous and gave us the confidence we were in capable hands. Thanks once again !
