Protection Program Maintenance check
Hello,
Just wanted to take the time to tell you about your outstanding service technician that came to my home this morning. He first called me to tell me that he was approx. 15 min. away. I actually hung up the phone and told my partner that I was pleasantly surprised. He was very nice, upbeat and professional, quite a change from most service techs that come out. He arrived as scheduled and did a great job...not that I can tell what he's doing but he informed me of everything he did and how I could maintain my equipment. It certainly made me want him to get him do other repairs/service in my home. I asked about my gas oven being moved and he informed me what Reliance would offer and could do. I will definitely be calling reliance for that and possibly my gas fireplace in the fall.
