We had a service call to our home & as a result the furnace had to be shut down as it was not safe to continue running.
Norman Wong, sales rep contacted us the same night to arrange for a meeting to discuss our options to replace equipment.
He proved to be extremely helpful & very professional in his presentation. & as a result of this, my husband & I decided to replace furnace & AC. Norman also made a point of visiting the day of installation,( which by the way was only 2 days later) to ensure work was proceeding as discussed.
We have already talked to family/friends & neighbors to tell them of the great service we received from Norman.
We would also like to comment on our installers,Andy & Rick.
They were amazing & we were very pleased with their professionalism & service.
