Joe D'Onofrio responded to our call about a noisy Goodman furnace. He arrived punctually after calling ahead, shrugged off our giant barking dog, and immediately identified the problem with the furnace. 10 minutes later he had ordered a replacement part to be delivered to my house the following day. When it arrived I was to call the office and make an appointment for the following day at which time Joe would come back and install the part. It arrived, I called, he came and installed it. It could not have been less painful.
