I called in to have someone come in to check our furnace as we were consistently having our furnace shut off during the night and would not maintain the set temperature on the thermostat.
We had Asif B. come in today and I could not have been more happy with the service. He was incredibly insightful not only in identifying the problem right away, but as well as in his explanations of what the cause was. He went above and beyond by even explaining to me about error codes and how they help in identifying the general issue with the furnace. He also did a check on our water heater while he was here, even though we did not request for that service! He was very genuine in trying to help fix the issue and a tremendous help. Asif is definitely a 10/10 in his line of work and a positive portrayal of Reliance. If it was possible, I would request specifically for Asif to come assist us in any of our heater/AC issues!
