Reliance Home Comfort

I had an issue with 7 years old water heater not providing enough hot water pressure. So I called Reliance and spoke to a friendly lady from customer service. She made a service appointment for the day and time window I requested. Also she said that technician will call in advance before coming. The service guy, Joe Green, did call in advance with the approximate arrival time. Even called a second time to say that he will be late for a few minutes due to traffic - very appreciated. After arrival he very quickly diagnosed the problem. The job was done very fast and clean. He also answered all our questions we had - very friendly and professional guy. Thanks Joe and thanks Reliance for the service.
