Reliance Home Comfort

Being a home owner to this house for almost 20 years now. I seriously had no idea about heating and cooling what so ever. And truthfully I figured as long as my Older furnace was working and keeping us warm up until last year everything was good but it wasn't. It was time to purchase a new one so... We were told it was about time to "rent to own" a furnace from Reliance. Murray was my Knight and Shining Armour" :) this wonderful Man did a great job of explaining the different products available. He made Us feel so comfortable and helped Us understand the big technical terms of what we were looking at. We felt confident in making the decision to purchase a NEW furnace especially with winter just right around the corner. He also made all the arrangements of having the installers Sherry & Dean come to our home with in a few days to remove the old furnace and put in the new one. I must say they were very professional and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend Murray Stark from London, Ontario to anyone.
