My oven controls suddenly became unresponsive, making it unable to take any commands. I contacted Peter via Homestars with some general details. He responded very quickly and was able to accurately access the issue based on the information in my initial message.
After a couple of calls to set the date and confirm details, Peter showed up within the agreed on time frame and quickly made the necessary repairs to my oven.
